Problem: The founders of Zygbotics, a robotics startup, were too busy doing business stuff to update their blog. Solution: I took the blog over, using my experience as founding editor of the popular news site Seattlest. At Seattlest, I supervised a blog with 15+ posts per/day, and grew page views from zero at launch to more than 150,000 per month. For Zygbotics, I established an RSS feed to search for interesting stories and created interesting content that immediately boosted their readership. I further spread the word through posts on Twitter, StumbleUpon and Reddit. |
